We don’t accept returns of products if no quality issue.
If our product is with quality issue, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Remarks
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact cost should depend on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost
Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returned products.
Before returning the goods, the buyer should confirm the return address before returning the goods to the seller. If the buyer returns the goods directly to an unconfirmed address without communicating with the seller or confirming the return address, the return will not be considered a valid return and therefore the buyer will not accept any refund request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these actions and still have not received your refund, sales@hongdacap.com.hk
